Corrections Policy

How Axianews receives, reviews and applies corrections, clarifications or editorial updates.

Last updated : May 7, 2026

Commitment

Axianews is committed to correcting significant errors identified in its content. Despite aggregation, source-comparison and credibility-scoring mechanisms, errors can occur.

This is especially true when external sources are incomplete, contradictory or updated after publication.

When a correction may be made

  • Factually incorrect information.
  • Incorrect attribution.
  • Incorrect date, name, number or location.
  • Wording that could mislead readers.
  • A significant omission affecting understanding of the topic.

Corrections, clarifications and updates

When a correction substantially changes the meaning of an article, Axianews may add an update or correction note.

Minor changes, such as typographical or stylistic fixes, may be made without a specific note.

Articles about ongoing events may be updated as reliable new information becomes available. An update does not necessarily mean that an error was made.

Report an error

Readers may report an error or request editorial review by emailing contact@axianews.com.

To help us process the request, please include the article link, the nature of the suspected error, sources or documents supporting the correction, and your contact details if you want to be reached.

Processing requests

Axianews reviews good-faith reports but does not guarantee an individual response to every request. Corrections are made when the information provided or verified justifies a change to the published content.

To report an error or request an editorial review, email us at contact@axianews.com.
